Admissions and Enrollment Requirments
Our Rapid City and Sioux Falls cosmetology schools admit students who are at least 17 years of age and possess a high school diploma or a Graduation Equivalency Diploma (GED). Applicants must take a cosmetology admissions test furnished by the school. Black Hills Beauty College does not discriminate in its employment, admission, instruction, or graduation policies on the basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin nor does it recruit students already attending or admitted to another school offering similar programs of study. 

Enrollment Start Dates/Deadlines
Classes begin three (3) times a year, every February, June, and September. Contact our Admissions Office for exact start dates and deadline information.

BHBC operates continuously throughout the year except for the following holidays:
